Binge-Eating, PSMF, and a new goal

Okay so i dont even remember the last time i wrote on here. I actually forgot that I even had a blog (probably because no one even knows it exists). But i figured I'm starting a new leg in my fitness life so i might as well throw it up here since thats about all i write about on this blog.

Okay so heres how the last two weeks went
4/20: munchies-induced binge eating (probably consumed AT LEAST 8,000 calls that day)
4/21: dinner at houlihans, but to be fair i didnt eat anything before that meal so i was actually probably in a deficit that day
4/22: Friend threw a party, Drank heavily, followed a strictly protein only diet that day to try and stay in a defecit
4/23: worked out so i purposely ate above maintenance, despite my overabundance the days prior
4/24: Easter, All-you-can-eat brunch (ate everything in sight), got back to dorm later that day (proceeded to gorge myself some more)

now obviously these past five days dont really exemplify the way i've been following my diet beforehand. Up until 4/20 i was spot on, but by the time yesterday (4/25) came around i had gained probably close to aroune 7 lbs. and look like a fat tub of lard. I honestly didnt think i could put on this much fat that quickly.

Luckily the only reason i binged the way i did (besides my unhealthy relationship with food) was because i knew that i was going to start my diet this week. However, due to the sever over-eating i took part in the preceding week i figured i'd try something to kick-start my fat loss.

Enter PSMF

I bought the Rapid Fat Loss Handbook by Lyle Mcdonald, and while im not going to explain the rationale or details of the diet (google it/read the book if you care) I will however make a note of approx. what I'll be eating for the next 12 days

Protein: ~270g's
10g's of fish oil (ten softgells per day)
A shit-ton of veggies
lots of water
a multi, vit d, creatine, calcium and BCAA (preworkout only)

I'll continue working out twice week which i've been doing for about the past two months maybe, and seeing good results. This will allow me to keep the muscle/strength that i gained the past couple of months.

I'll end my diet of 5/8 with a two day carb refeed, before going into a more moderate calorie defecit.

I started yesterday at 161.6. And woke up today at 160 (i started the diet yesterday), but i mostly attribute this to shitting out the remainder of food left from my Epic Easter Binge.


This post is probably really long and boring to read at this point, so ill just cut it short here. I just mainly put it up as a note to myself mostly anyhow.
