So this is mostly just going to be for me, and I really doubt anyone will find or view this blog, but for now I'll just use it as a means to keep track of what's going on in my fitness life.
So as of roughly January 12, 2010 i started using IF as a way to try and lean out. I've been using the Leangains approach. I like it a lot cause i dont have to worry about eating all day, and i can just focus on 2-3 BIG meals. But im worried that im not eating the right stuff in those meals and im still eating too much and, as a result, actually putting on some fat with this approach. In an effort to get control of this and to finally be able to live my life without worrying so much about my diet I've recently contacted JCD of JCDfitness.com for consultation. I've yet to talk to him in depth yet. But hopefully this will be the last step for me to finally be able to live my life again. ..
